Niels Klement

Niels Klement was born in Emmeloord (The Netherlands) in 1997. He finished his BSc (2018) and MSc (2020) at the University of Groningen. His MSc project, under the guidance of  Prof. Wesley R. Browne, was  on  Design and analysis of photofunctional materials. In 2018, he worked in the group of Prof. A. Herrmann at the Leibniz institute of advanced materials on DNA nanostructures and DNAzymes. He is a PhD student in the Browne group since 2021, focusing on the use of Raman spectroscopic analysis for microfluidic systems, funded by the University of Groningen.
